Hair Art
Hair Art is especially popular with girls, but boys really enjoy getting their hair painted, too!
We offer several kinds of hair art:
HAIR BEADING
We have two styles of hair beading; one uses hand-made (by Cindy) jewelry which is actually braided into the hair. This is real jewelry, and can be worn again and again. The other is the more common pony beads threaded onto the hair. Both styles can be brought to parties. They are much beloved by girls, and can stay in the hair for days!

This is the "Bead Board" I bring to parties. The beads on the left are the pre-strung
pony beads, ready to be added to hair; on the right are the hand-made jewelry strands.
HAIR WRAPPING
This is where a small section of hair is wrapped with embroidery floss, fancy yarns, or metallic thread. These usually last at least 4-7 days. Team colors are very popular with sports fans!
HAIR BRAIDING
Cindy knows many styles of Renaissance-style hair braiding, and this adds a lot to "glamour girl" style parties. This does take longer (anywhere from 10-30 minutes per person, depending on hair length and style selected), so this is best for small parties.
HAIR PAINTING / "CRAZY HAIR"
Using colored hair spray and lots of accessories, we can create many wild and crazy hair styles. Because the fumes from the hair spray are strong, this is an outdoor only activity. Tons of fun, and a great photo opportunity, too!
